Our Property manager at SNPM was absolutely amazing. Let me begin my saying how thoughtful and professional Lori Smith has been. I began the process of setting our home up as a rental nearly 18-months ago. Due to a military move we had to hold on to our home while I was spending a year in Saudi Arabia. Lori contacted me every few months to work on the process so that when I returned our move would be as smooth as possible. It absolutely was. I only had 4 weeks from the time I returned from deployment until I had to report to my new assignment. During that period Lori handled everything. She coordinated for repairs, paint, cleaning, appliances, and had renters lined up for the start of the next month. We worried about nothing. During our move she kept us updated at each phases, sent pictures, and worked to get the house looking better than new. We could not be happier with her work and we wish we had more homes for her to manage. We have homes in 2 other states and I promise as good as those property managers are we would gladly have Lori and the team at SNPM handle them all if we could. Completely satisfied and would definitely recommend their services.
