I am able able to take personal injury and workers compensation cases on a contingency basis, and hourly matter range between $200 and $225 per hour.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am one of the few lawyers in Las Vegas with an MBA, so I am uniquely able to see through the technical aspects of many different types of financial transactions.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I have taken on some very interesting cases over the years, but I'm the most fond of making insurance companies pay people who they were originally trying to deny payments to. Those cases are the most personally satisfying.
