If you want to have fun and laugh while working out and learning self defense techniques he's your guy! Awesome positive attitude!
I highly recommend Jose for all martial arts and self defense training. He is very patient and knowledgeable.
Very welcoming environment, friendly, home like staff. Amazing gym. Not like many other places. Very well kept. Great for kids learning self defense against bullies to those wanting to compete. Coach Hector is very knowledgeable and easy to learn from. Great place.
I heard about Sean's Precizion Coaching while working at a gym. I had seen some of his client transformations and felt like I needed a program to get me on the right track. Having just come out of a relationship, I was on a very self destructive path and needed a change to pull myself together. Under his coaching and guidance I dropped my body fat percentage from 25% to 13% and learned to focus my energy on positive changes within myself. My workouts became a type of meditation for me, where the only thing that mattered was focusing on the movements and my meals were focused on feeding my body to make the changes I wanted to see. He is very passionate about his craft and his positive energy motivated me on the most difficult days. I'm 34 years old and in the best shape of my life, mentally and physically. I couldn't have done it without Sean's help.
I really like Silver Dragon because he only teaches you self defense, not all the fancy tournament styles that the Karate schools teach you that you will never use. He shows you techniques that are very simple to do, but extremely effective. He meets you anywhere you want, including your home, and his prices are very reasonable.
Amazing 3 years in this dojo. There is a warm atmosphere of care for each child and their family. We are a small united community there. It's more than a class, it's a way of life.
Hello-keep up the "Brutal" self defense-only way to teach someone to protect themselves from evil......
I started karate to learn some self-defense. The instructor has been really helpful preparing me for the different situations I might find myself, as well as teaching some classic karate lessons. That being said, be prepared to do some cardio; it is part of the warm-ups and helps you get into shape.
Great Classes, excellent personality, can't wait to take more classes!
The future of combat sports!
We train in judo, grappling and self-defense. WE are home to NAGA, Grapplers Quest, and state, regional and national champions. We are also offering personal training services.
Many show methods that are impractical or flawed. They set you up for failure which can get you killed or injured. Knowing that what I have taught has saved lives and avoided unnecessary situations.

I'm good and great at many things -- yard cleanup, firearm instruction, and self-defense. I'll grill for parties and help with decorating. I have access to babysitters. If you need a hand, just give me a call. I will not take anything on that I know I can't handle. I'm available most evenings and on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
We'll teach what you need in self-defense and make sure you enjoy your lessons. I teach martial arts at different locations, including street combat and weapons at Clark County and CareMore. I also do bodyguard work, executive martial arts and many levels of security, including director of security. I teach high-level combat skills to the police and the military too.
Eric Klein has been studying and teaching martial arts/self-defense classes since 1973. As a 7th degree black belter in traditional Isshinryu, Master Klein has over 50 first place tournament awards in kata (forms), kumite (fighting) and kpbudo (weapons). In 1983, he became the first person to win 10 consecutive grand championships in Black Belt Full Contact Competition for the USKA/AKA Midwest Region. Eric is also the founder of the style Ju Bushido Isshinryu which combines Isshinryu's Okinawan technique with its Chinese roots and Chi Kung (energy work) to create Ju Bushido or gentle martial way. The style has been conferred as a legitimate style by the World Martial Arts Association and United States Martial Arts Association which has granted him the titles of Soke (founder), Dai Shihan (grand master) and the rank of 10th degree black belt. He is an inductee into the US Martial Arts International Board of Masters. Eric has taught hand-to-hand combat to armed forces troops, anti-bullying classes/seminars, rape protection (you can't prevent someone's intent on attacking, but you can protect yourself from the attack), senior citizen (teaching how to use canes, walkers and home objects as defense weapons, and teaching that age and slowing down doesn't have to reduce one's ability to protect themselves) workshops as well as traditional Isshinryu and Ju Bushido Isshinryu. Master Klein had the great honor of receiving his 6th degree black belt certificate, Shihan - Renshi certificate (Shihan, master/master teacher and Renshi, one who has mastered himself") and 7th degree black belt and Kiyoshi (one who has moved beyond the rest) certificate from the Grand Master in Okinawa. Master Klein is the author of Walking the Path of a Sensei: Insights and Exercises to Help You Achieve the Mental, Physical and Spiritual Excellence of Those Who Came Before Us (random house).
My work stands out more than most because I know more than most. I have been deeply involved in health and fitness for many years and I approach it in a very "mind, body and spirit specific kind of way Helping individuals reach their goals
