I love being a part of the AZD Women’s Executive Training. I am currently involved in the yoga classes with Electra, which has been a game changer for my mind and body. I have also seen Hannah for skin care in the esthetics side of things, she is very professional and a great at her job. This is an amazing group to be part of, especially if you’re looking to level up and make a better life for yourself.

Electra’s classes have been absolutely transformative for my mind, body, and spirit. Incredibly knowledgeable and patient, making sure that I truly understand the poses and encourages me to push myself beyond what I think I’m capable of. The atmosphere in the studio is so peaceful and calming, which makes it the perfect place to unwind and focus on my practice. The best part, however, has been the positive impact yoga has had on my overall well-being. I feel stronger, more flexible, and more centered than I have in years. I highly recommend these classes to anyone looking to improve their physical, mental, and emotional health.

I have had an amazing experience with these women. They are highly skilled and know their craft. Not only do they focus on the female body, but they focus on mindset. When you work on both, you will see a transformation 💯 If you have a busy schedule like myself, they will still get you results you are looking for. I have had personalized videos made, and they have a wonderful community of driven women.
