Justin customized a routine for me based on my goals. He's been a great fitness and wellness resource having also recommended changes in my diet and tailoring a strengthening routine. Justin has also trained other members of my family in fitness and self-defense areas.

I worked with Justin for about a year and a half and he is one of the better boxing coaches I've had. Justin is great and zeroing in on your individual strengths and weaknesses as a fighter. He tailored a training plan to my style and was always full of good advice and insight.
