The first issue: employee wrote "memo" in a permanent marker on my sliding door. (Did not try calling or coming to my front door) I had someone from the company come clean it off. Second issue: backyard gate is left open after they leave; happens frequently. I have two dogs, I always find them in my front yard after the employee leaves. Third issue: pool is green more often that clear. I have followed their instructions for maintenance on the days of the week that they are not at my house ( they come once every week) Forth issue: the company has told me at minimum 4 times that they will switch the person cleaning my pool to a different person to see if the problems persist; never switched, have had same person cleaning it still after two years.

It would be difficult to say this company provides terrible service considering they are impossible to get to show up. At First, owner, Ed seemed to be a great business person I would be working with. But his company might be the most poorly run I have ever seen. He has incompetent workers that didn't show up for my weekly cleaning that was scheduled and he had no idea about it until I had to call/text him several times to tell him about it. (Out of 3 weeks of service that was supposed to happen, only the first week was serviced and the guy didnt come until after 6pm on a Friday) He promised me multiple times to make it right even offering me the first month of service to be free...but I didn't think free meant never actually coming to service my pool! His last promise was to personally come to my house to service the pool this past Friday. Not only did he not show up, he still has not returned one of my many calls/texts throughout the day on Friday. I would NEVER in a million years recommend you do business with this company. With how competitive the pool servicing industry is here in Las Vegas, It absolutely baffles me how someone could be so unprofessional and unorganized with their business. I do not enjoy leaving negative reviews, but when it was as bad and frustrating as this experience was, I believe other people should know about what you could be getting into. It was an absolute waste of my time and caused me 2 weeks gap in servicing of my pool.

I have had E&E doing repairs on my pool for over 3 years. Ed Howard has proven to be exceptional in his expertise and just as important, always reasonably priced. He recently "talked" me into replacing my defunct solar controller with a Pentair intellitec controller. It now controls my pool,solar,lights, and even landscape lighting. Ed is always there to either reprogram or teach me how to reprogram the controller to do just what I want. By the way, I am the past President of the Associated General Contractors of America and I served as the Chairman of the Nevada State Public Works board. I know contractors and E&E has proven to be outstanding!

Never recommend this company for any work, staff is irresponsible, I was left uncompleted work more than two months, call, send email to ED the owner of this company and he never answered my calls or text messages. My pool is a disaster with a hollow broken plumbing that was supposed to be repaired. He also broke plumbing of my motor and filter without any reason, the job was to repair the leak in the pool and not break the plumbing equipment. this guy is a real pain, I have pictures and videos of what he did and so far not resolved. NEVER hire ED.

No complications at all we bill via email or paper mail you can pay any way you like we accept all forms of payments
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I always attend the expo as well as any additional training offered by our suppliers not only that but all of here at E&E are certified with Clark county as pool techs witc you have to know not only pools but the laws that bind them as well and a big part the safety requirements.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I actually started with apartment maintenance and there requirement was that I be cpo certified so after getting that cert and getting my feet wet lol. One thing led to the other and here I am.
