- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are competitive for the work we do. Our service is extraordinary as reflected in our outstanding reviews and all clients have access to my cell phone to speak to me personally.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the client, interview them to understand their requirements and needs, summarize the results of the interview and then work hard to ensure I exceed those needs and minimize their taxes wherever possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting am a Certified Public Accountant and have worked in industry for over 30 years.
