702 Flooring is the most outstanding renovation company ever! They are professional “artists” who are kind, customer-focused and courteous. Their work created bathroom perfection—-from Alex’s artistic tiling, Oto/Ricardo’s plumbing, Enrique’s painting and David’s finishing work. Juan did brilliant electrical work and investigated lighting that was not working in my house. Work areas were left clean daily even during demo. Manny accommodated every request. He even had David finally finish my living room baseboards, my late-Father’s 8 year old project, didn’t charge extra and brought tears to my eyes. I asked Manny for estimates on future projects already. Do not hesitate to use this company. Name should be change to 702 Flooring and Beyond. This was our first experience with Thumbtack and 702 Flooring and it was awesome.

Manny and his team did a fantastic job and in only 7 working days. They replaced my plastic shower insert with beautiful tile, painted the walls and ceilings, and replaced all of the fixtures, including the door and hinges. Every one of the trades were lined up on the schedule so no time was wasted and no one got in each other's way. I used large format tile (24x48) and Rafael even matched the marble pattern between the tiles, so it looks like a single slab. Rafael and Ishmael (demo, framing and tile), David (plumbing), Ramiro (drywall and paint), Thomas (fixtures) and Israel (shower door) each came in the correct order, did that job really well, and then cleaned up for the next team. It ran like a well-oiled machine and now I have a beautiful new bathroom. Thank you, Manny and team!

702 came in to put flooring down in my house at first I was told it would take 2 days but they came in here and finished it in one day and the quality of the work was excellent I couldn’t have picked a better company to do my floors they were very professional and polite and clean when they left the house was spotless you would have never known they was here if not for the floors being done. If you are looking for professional, polite, hard working and clean give this company a call you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again 702 great job !
