If you are needing a review of your current setup and would like for us to come check out your gear, we offer a discounted $85 site evaluation rate. When you chose to move forward with your project, we will credit these funds towards your project total.

I had a great experience with Intech. The technician understood what I needed, and explored a few options for ways to satisfy the need that would be easier. I appreciated understanding all the options. In the end, the job was done at the price originally quoted and at high quality. Their price was $350 below another quote I received.

Chris came over and did a great job installing fire alarms for me. I purchased adapters for the new fire alarm which did not work. Chris was super handy though and was able to wire the new one himself. He was very quick and efficient, plus he was a super great guy. I would certainly recommend them to any neighbor, friend, or family.

Updated 3/22. Intech followed up with the project and came back to finish the job professionally. Upgrading to 5* review. Thank you Intech.
They charge $85 for a diagnosis visit and $135 per hour. In the end, the diagnosis was that an ethernet cable needed to be reterminated. Since I was in for $85 already, might as well have the tech do it. The reterminated cable was tested to be unstable but it was tried anyway and worked for 5 minutes, failing right after the tech left. :-(
