I hired Joe to install Christmas Lights. He did an excellent job, paid close attention to detail on how I wanted the lights hung. The lights he hung were permanent "Twinkly Outdoor Lights", like Govee. Great guy to deal with. hanging these type of lights is a lot more complicated than your normal outdoor light. Each light was screwed in to the lower part of the Fascia. I will add photos later.
