Our tech was named Nick. Nick called without a long delay . We set up appointment for 9 o'clock the next day. He was here exactly at 9 o'clock. He was dressed professionally. He was respectful. he evaluated the project and quoted the project at that first meeting. I I agreed to the price which was very fair.I scheduled for the work. Nick showed up on time on the day he was supposed to start. He did a lot of work in the slab to bury the mount. When the floor was cured, he completed the Install and it was perfect! It was a very good experience. We would definitely want Nick to be our plumbing guy from here going forward thank you, Stephen and Lori
