Soft Water was excellent from start to finish. Eric on the phone was super helpful and answered all my questions without any pressure. They were able to come out the same day to install a water softener and water filter, and the difference is huge. Its the best water Ive had since moving into the house. No upselling, no ridiculous costs, just honest, professional work. Im a very happy customer and dont regret choosing them at all. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Soft Water Nevada for several reasons: prompt response, phone quotes for several levels of equipment, no pressure, clear explanation of the products and the respective pricing, and seamless installation. The scheduling for the installation was quick, the crew was clean, effient, and thorough...with follow-up from Eric. An incredibly excellent experience.
