- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price each project uniquely - as every project has a custom solution. We typically price on a whole project basis rather than hourly/weekly/monthly as this has served our clients best in the past. We find that hourly-type pricing creates can be divisive by it's nature - with each party being drawn in opposite directions for their benefit. By pricing as a complete project, we come to agreement in the beginning and work collectively towards the best project throughout the process. We also always work to remain flexible to our rates and terms. Within any budget we strive to provide the best product possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start most projects with our "Rapid Concept Workshop". This is a process in which we spend focused time to work through the problem trying to be solved and the best solution. Whether we are overhauling an existing website, or starting with just a rough idea for an app, this process allows us to mutually arrive on the best path that starts the whole project off right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our development team has been working on mobile apps since 2009, at the very start of the industry. Our web team also has a combined 22 year experience.
