Being a do-it-yourself type of person I tried to clean my solar panels myself and found that I did not have the proper equipment for the task. After placing a brief request on Thumbtack I received a quote from Dirt2Dazzle within 30 minutes. The introduction was inviting and cheerful and a review of previous work completed allowed me to see that my work needed would not be out of the norm for what they can complete. Paul worked out a schedule with me and arrived timely to our appointment. He had the proper equipment and had the job done in a very short time. He was friendly, professional, and a delight to work with. Will be hiring him again for another project and to maintain my solar panels so that they give me the output they are designed to provide.

I found Dirt2Dazzle through an online referral and Paul does a great job. He is efficient and has pride in his work. My windows hadn't been cleaned in a while and they were a mess and when Paul was done they were bright and shiny. I now have him doing maintenance every 3-4months to keep them sparkly.

All properties are different in size and shape. Some are more complex than others, with difficult to reach windows. So I always view the property to give an accurate quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will arrange a time and date convenient to the customer to discuss their cleaning needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Recently moved to the US from the UK. I owned a window cleaning business for over 15 years in England, along side being a full time firefighter, I am now looking to establish my business here in Las Vegas.
