Using this awareness to address areas of individual strengths, interests and needs, I customize a complete practice with your unique attributes in mind. I combine creative smartFLOW sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to guide you into a deeper practice. I seek to help others thrive by nurturing the body, mind and soul with yoga, and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling more refreshed, nourished, and balanced. My yoga sessions not only provide the amazing physical benefits through fluid movement and breath work, but the true gift of personalized yoga sessions comes from the transformation within.
