FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a professional digital pricebook to provide clear, upfront pricing before work begins. Some common services can be priced by message or phone, but on-site diagnosis or detailed estimates may require a standard service/estimate visit starting at $125. If you approve the repair, that fee may be applied toward the work when applicable. Our pricebook helps customers see their options clearly, including what is included, what may be extra, and any available repair or replacement choices. Pricing can vary if additional parts, shut-off valves, supply lines, drain parts, or code corrections are needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we review the issue, location, photos, and any details you can provide. If the job is straightforward, we can often give a price range before scheduling. Once on site, we inspect the problem, explain the repair options, and provide upfront pricing through our digital pricebook before starting. This allows you to see your options clearly and choose what works best for your home and budget. Our goal is to complete the job cleanly, professionally, and with clear communication from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a second-generation plumber, following in my father’s footsteps. I had the privilege of learning the trade under his guidance and gaining invaluable hands-on experience. After several years, I transitioned to working on large commercial plumbing projects, where I advanced to the role of foreman. With over 20 years of experience in the plumbing industry, I have obtained numerous certifications, hold a journeyman card, and earned my C1D plumbing license. A few years ago, I decided to focus on residential plumbing and started my own business to provide personalized and high-quality services to homeowners.
