- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, my rates will vary depending on if I need to bring my own bar, the amount of total expected guest, the length of the event and the location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I would ask them if they've ever hired a Bartending Service in the past and if so, how was that experience? Then, I would get more detailed information about their event so I can better gauge the type of atmosphere and ambiance the customer has in mind for the event. This will allow me to better determine what type of drink menu to suggest and prepare for them. I would also need to know if minors will be attending the event and discuss with them my protocol. I am very cautious and have major concerns when minors are going to be attending an event that I'm providing services for. I would gather all the necessary information required to provide the customer with excellent Bartending Services and an amazing event they will always remember.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Bartending license from ABC Bartending School and I have 6yrs experience. I officially launched my mobile Bartending Company Diva Chix last year 2016.
