All went well. Jose and his assistant were very cordial and informative. They did have some problems with their equipment, but went back to the shop and got some other equipment and finished in a timely manner. My tenants were happy with the service, so I hired them to do my duplex as well. The prices are good

Turns out that I didn't need any service as the inspection for possible bed bugs performed by James showed nothing !! James was very nice as well as professional & I was very satisfied with my overall experience ... also Don - the owner - couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating when I made the appt & he also called me the next day just to follow up & let me know that if I ever needed anything else to give them a call which I definitely will !!
