They were prompt to come out and give an estimate, they weren’t the cheapest, but offered the best value for my money and the professionalism was impeccable. I highly recommend having them come take a look at your next project. They diagnosed my leak, dug up the necessary portion of my yard to access it, repaired, along with repiping my interior shutoff valve, poured concrete, and repaired and painted the drywall in my garage. All in one day! Great service!

Joey showed up on time and got to work immediately. He was knowledgeable and friendly and answered all of my questions and repaired my dryer in less than 15 minutes. It works like new again. I thought the price was a little high for the amount of time he was here to remove a dryer sheet and lint from the fan but I would hire ProServ again as they were courteous and Joey knew what he was doing. Thanks ProServ!

Called for emergency water heater service. Pilot light would not come on. Scheduled a time range for the same day, but they were actually early. Unfortunately, it was more than just the pilot light. The WH was leaking water. Replacement was beyond my repair limit for this leased house, so I had to kick it back to the owner. The owner would handle it on his own. But, ProServ had a great phone and dispatch service to get the plumber here earlier than expected on such short notice. The plumber saw the real problem as soon as he walked up to the WH. All around good experience.

The technician was prompt and very courteous. He quoted me a fee of $49 however said it was for the call out. The total upon repair was $90 which I guess is still fair.

On time. Charged a lot less than Sears, A&E. Dave was polite and explained his work. Good customer service on phone with a representative from the United States.
