M&R Heating & Cooling resolved a major problem with our Bryant three-zone HVAC system. The problem began when the fan would intermittently fail to start. Ultimately the fan stopped working entirely. After on-site diagnoses, M&R isolated the problem to the motor/motor-control unit. After replacing this unit, the problem has been completely resolved. Manny was great! He absolutely took care of our needs. This included handling a warranty part replacement that saved us several hundred dollars. I will definitely use M&R for all my HVAC maintenance and repair needs.
