- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have an hourly rate, but I offer packages that are a discount off my hourly rate. I offer quality training at affordable rates. My rates have been proven to be very competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with a free in home evaluation of their dog based on the breed specifics, diet, environment, and what the client wants to achieve in training. Next , if the potential client is ready to start training, we discuss programs available and go over the contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am continually self educating on new training techniques and what are the latest and most successful training aids. I also keep up to date on any types of recalls on dog foods, treats etc. I am also a member of the Pet Professional Guild. The Pet Professional Guild is a membership organization representing pet industry professionals who are committed to results based, science based force-free training and pet care. Pet Professional Guild Members Understand Force-Free to mean: No Shock, No Pain, No Choke, No Fear, No Physical Force, are utilized to train or care for a pet.
