I had a really solid experience with 702Electric. I originally reached out because half of my living room outlets suddenly stopped working, and I was worried it might be something serious behind the walls. Kevin came out the next day, showed up on time, and immediately started troubleshooting instead of guessing.
He found that one of the outlets had a loose connection that caused the rest of the circuit to fail. He explained everything clearly, fixed the issue on the spot, and even replaced a couple of older outlets that were starting to wear out. What I liked most is he didn’t try to upsell me or make it seem more complicated than it was.
On top of that, I asked him if he could install a new exterior light fixture I had been putting off for months, and he knocked that out the same visit. Everything looks clean, works perfectly, and he made sure to test everything before leaving.
Pricing was fair, communication was easy, and the work speaks for itself. Definitely keeping his number for future electrical work.

I had a really great experience with 702Electric. They were quick to respond, showed up on time, and were very professional throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and made sure I understood everything before starting.
The quality of their work was excellent, and they worked efficiently without cutting corners. They were also respectful, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s not always easy to find reliable service, but they definitely delivered.
I would highly recommend 702Electric to anyone looking for dependable and high-quality electrical work. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

To simply be able to have the peace of mind to use a coffee pot without setting the house on fire is a kind of peace that is priceless. Our house had dangerous flickering and dimming lights and our home warranty managed to weasel their way out of paying the claim while letting us know that our house should have burned down years ago. My husband found this amazing young man who gave us an amazing fair price and he got to work immediately. It has been one week and so far everything is amazing and works perfectly..not one flicker. We plan on hiring this company again for other electrical work needed in our home. He did an amazing job and I didn't even have to take out a second mortgage on my home to pay him. You cant go wrong with this great company. Honesty, integrity, skilled labor, and the job done right is what anyone will get from this company.

Great experience working with this pro. He was on time, communicated clearly throughout the project, and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the final result. It’s hard to find someone who actually takes pride in their labor and follows through on what they promise. Will definitely hire again for future projects.

I had Kevin from this company come out to take down my old camera system and put in a brand new one of 8 cameras. He cut wires on my new camera system and cut the wires on my old camera system which was perfectly fine. I was going to sale those cameras on eBay, can’t do that now. And as far as the new cameras Kevin cut the wires on those. Now I can’t even return the system to get a refund. It took him 4 days because he kept stopping and coming back. 4 days only to find out that he damaged all my cameras. I had an expect come out to tell me that since wires were cut that my cameras wasn’t going to work regards. 702Electric actually owe me money instead of the $700 I paid to Kevin. I’m glad I didn’t let Kevin come back. I didn’t have a signal on my TV, the cameras were damaged from him cutting the wires and using a lighter to burn the ends and on top of that one of the cameras fell down hanging on the side of my house. I’m glad I was able to find professional to uninstall and replace my system with another system I bought again all in one day.
Lesson learn. If you have to constantly repeat yourself on what you want done and if they can’t finish the job in 1 day especially when it come to security of your home. FIRE them immediately. 😡

Cecile, I respectfully disagree with the description of the work in this review and would like to clarify a few points.
The existing wiring from the previous camera system was used as a pull line to route new wiring through the wall and attic pathways. During that process the old wires separated due to the tight routing from the original installation. Because of this, additional time was spent in the attic drilling new pathways and running new wiring so the installation could be completed properly.
The holes that were visible were pre-existing from the previous installation and were not created during my work. The “burning” mentioned in the review was simply the use of heat-shrink tubing to properly insulate and secure wiring connections, which is standard practice.
I was also not able to complete the installation because the work was stopped before final testing could be finished. My goal is always to complete installations safely and professionally.
