I had the pleasure of working with John and his team on bush/shrubbery trim and removal. I reached out and needed a quick turnaround. Their response was prompt and I was given a quick estimate and also able to schedule for next day (which was also a holiday) which was huge for me. Less than 24 hours later they were at my door to provide my service. They were super professional and kind and even gave me directions for care to ensure my landscaping grew back properly. The price was extremely fair and beat the price of 2 other quotes I had received. I will definitely be returning for landscaping needs and all the other services provided!

I saw a scorpion in my yard and in my house and around 7 or 8 pm I submitted a request. I got a call from John 10 mins later and he was out here in 36 hours later. Came in told me the process and how it will work and what to expect. Now it has only been 4 hours since he left but I can say at here their professionalism and promptness is amazing. Also, they were VERT affordable as well by far the most inexpensive quote.

John, the owner of Imperial Pest Solutions, came to my home personally to perform the services I wanted. I was pretty specific on what was to be done and John was willing to oblige..... And, also provided a spraying inside my walls to help stop bugs and scorpions from nesting in the walls. I just wanted the perimeter of the home done but now protected in the walls and around the foundation... can't beat that!!! And as far as John is concerned, he was truly a great person to talk to about services.... knowledgeable and very personable. I think quality, professionalism, punctuality, AND responsiveness were the best terms to select for Imperial Pest Solutions. There is something said for privately owned companies who provide great services..... still hard to find these days but a gem when you do. I hope the return service will be as impressive as the first visit.... continued quality and respectfulness to my home and property.
