- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give competitive rates since we do a lot of the work ourselves and rely less on subs. We're also licensed electricians.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the scope of work and give you an estimate. If the budget is aligned with the scope of work we go on-site for a free consultation. From there we have a proposal review call where we finalize the quote and discuss a mutual success plan.
