- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is on two scales with a minimum 1 hour charge. Portable Generators assessment = $85 per hour - quote to follow Field Service as scheduled event = $135 per hour - quote to follow
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For portable generators, up to 100KW it's best to bring it in either removed from trailer, truck, RV, Camper etc. or on it's dedicated trailer. 1 hour minimum $85 to discover the nature of the service and aid in its' resolution. Any additional repair is quoted to determine value of repair for small units. For "standby" installed systems. additional information is required.
