I was skeptical about hiring anybody at all to come help my father clean his home due to him being a hoarder. Vic and the tram at foxtrot clean really helped to ease my mind over the issue and treated my father with so much respect and compassion during the clean/haul away. The home looks like a different home now thanks to them.

I had to hire several companies prior to finding this company to maintain my facility. I thought I could get by with just a touch up and dust here and there but what I really needed was a day porter to ensure guests left my establishment tidy and smelling good. Cleaner was over two hours late but no communication between myself and the cleaner. I had to call and see if they were coming. They also didn’t do the cleaning I asked for. I know this sounds weird but I asked for standard cleaning knowing that my apartment was set to be gutted and renovated when I moved so I just wanted a basic cleaning-vacuuming, kitchen wiped down and bathroom clean but the cleaner took it upon themselves to do additional cleaning that wasn’t necessary but cost me extra. When I asked about a refund for the late arrival and the service the company gave no response.
