Professional, Great motivator! It is easy to have Seth as my personal trainor. He goes the extra mile to provide exceptional nutritional and physical exercise tips and incorporates them into my personalized workout experience.

Very knowledgeable. Quick return call. Great workout. I have never been worked out this hard before and it feels great. What a great way to start the day with an extremely explosive workout tailored just for me. Also, Seth was very competent setting up my nutritional plan, which included, meal advice as well as supplements. I'm glad he's doing a fantastic job for me and he'll do the same for you! Give him a try, you've got nothing to lose.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Session prices vary quite a bit depending on the needs of each client. An initial consultation meeting is absolutely necessary to get a feel for the client and the client for me, the trainer. We have to make sure that our personalities jive and that we are comfortable. Sessions range from $25-$60 each depending on frequency, location, and package deals. Group rates are available too.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a huge believer that one is either green and growing or brown and dying, meaning that if we are not constantly learning and growing that we are on the way out. I constantly study and search for the latest scientific research on health and fitness topics to be sure that I have the ability to provide top notch service to all of my clients.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Take into consideration the nutritional philosophy and recommendations that they have. This is very important as optimal nutrition is paramount to everything in personal fitness and optimal performance. The nutrition we eat provides the building blocks for our bodies to regenerate and adapt to different stimuli thus making the improvements and gains that are desired.
