Hired this company for a fire that happened on my property.They had a technician named Rigo come out and inspect my home. He was very honest and informative really helped guide us into the right direction. Would recommend if you're looking for.

The inspector was right on time. He inspected the attic where the HVAC is located and reported that he could not find any sign of a mold issue. It was a great relief. There was no testing and no restoration required. So nice that this was a free service!

Late last night, I discovered a leak nightmare under my kitchen sink. Rigo arrived promptly after I made the initial call. He provided an excellent experience. I am very cautious with who enters my home but Rigo was very easygoing, professional, knowledgeable, and knew what he was doing. He took the time to thoroughly assess the situation, explain the entire restoration process, and clearly walk me through what to expect over the next few days.What stood out the most was his outstanding communication. He answered all of my questions with patience and made sure I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. He also handled the insurance process while he was here, making what could have been a stressful situation so much easier.Rigos professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service are truly top-notch and greatly appreciated. We had a little disaster with a broken pipe and water collapsed through the ceiling. Luckily I called WFM and Carl showed up pretty fast and he was able to explain the whole process on what to do next. He dealt with the insurance for me and set up everything that needed to be done. It was a huge relief to get all this done right away. Would definitely call again if we ever have another disaster.
