Introduction: I'm not your normal trainer. I tend to train each client personally. I try to trim them individually in ways that work best for them and not just for me. Women don't always train same as men, some need to be pushed others just need the support and encouragement.
I love helping others meet and exceed their personal goals in health and fitness. It's great to see someone realize that health isn't something you just practice on occasion, but it's a way of life.
