- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making them feel very comfortable and keep in close contact with communicating thoroughly. I ask a lot of questions, because all jobs are different.

I am a college grad who chose to work in the service industry because of my love for customer service. I have 25 years of experience!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Customer service has always been my thing! I love multi-tasking and fast paced environments. I love conversing with people and adding to their experience.
