Introduction: After many years of mixing spirits professionally, I have developed an affinity for the styles and measures of the classic early 20th century bartender. Add to that my innate sense of creating balance between the modern mixology of today and you get a unique and refreshing take on the craft. I believe creating cocktails should be neat and clean, and should afford a sense of showmanship and professionalism. I have worked for many years on the Las Vegas Strip. I have worked in many private events for celebrities, sports figures, judicial officials, weddings, anniversaries, birthday parties, fundraisers, backyards and bar mitzvahs. I always bring a smile and a genuine good time to you and your guests. A quote is never set in concrete, always negotiable. Each and every event varies from one to the next as will necessary accommodations, so I find it easier to connect on a personal level to determine reasonable and agreeable compensation based on that.

Tom was awesome! He was so helpful to me, and my guests absolutely loved him. He stayed and helped me with clean-up when it was over, and was just as sweet as could be about it. Tom was by far the best bartender I’ve hired for a private event. We had a nice correspondence before the party, and he clearly knew what I expected and even had some suggestions. He was on time and dressed sharp; clearly knew his trade judging by the raves from my guests! Friendly but never over the line, I’ll definitely use him again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It all varies upon the event, everything is negotiable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would typically meet and discuss what product they would like included in their event. The client will usually go buy the liquor, beer, wine of there choice. I can make recommendations and offer specialty cocktails and or classic cocktails, it all depends on the clients needs, but I am here to help.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained for multiple jobs I have had and been trained by some of the best, "Phil Wills" from Bar Rescue, Caesars Palace flair bartending academy. Station Casinos Knowledge of fine wine certificate, along with 20 years of working experience on the Las Vegas Strip.
