Cullen and his team were amazing for our wedding! We were looking for a fun food truck with amazing food, and the Reno rub shack fit the bill perfectly. We met Cullen at truckee Thursdays, he had us sample his food, and he was a great person to talk with. He was punctual with his menu and estimate for our wedding. The cost was very reasonable for the amazing menu that Cullen prepared. All of his staff were friendly, hard working, and great. All of our guests loved the food and the food truck. The food came out quickly and was very delicious. We would recommend Reno Tahoe catering and Reno rub shack to anyone!

Cullen and his team were the absolute best. I had mentioned in my first call with him that we wanted to go for a tailgate feel for our wedding and months later he had hand picked each dish based off that first call. He was so easy to chat with and we could tell he really listened to us. His team was also awesome, we had several guests say they had a great time chatting with all of them. Cullen brought extra tables we needed for our event too. The best part was of course the food! We didn’t want our wedding to have a stuffy plated meal but rather food people actually wanted. Each dish had so much flavor and everyone was raving about the food days later. Highly recommend the ribs, his potato salad and the gator chicken. We were really happy with everything and can’t recommend RTCC enough!!

Cullen catered our daughter's rehearsal dinner at Lake Tahoe. She and my wife have special dietary needs that Cullen met while still providing unique gourmet recipes. The pork barbecue was fantastic. The beans the accompanied it were amazing. The service was outstanding and the food was hot and fresh. Our highest recommendation.
