I had a problem with my dryer. All the air was coming into my laundry room. I called a friend who came to my house and said that the ductwork from the dryer wall was leaking badly and must be replaced so I went to a store and bought a replacement. He installed the duct the best he could and taped it. But the ductwork still leaked so I called a professional plumbing company who sent a man to fix the problem. He came and reconnected the ductwork again. The ductwork worked for two days and started leaking again so i called Thumbtack who listened carefully and promised to send someone to help. The next morning Jeff Jaramillo and Christopher Hill came my house to give an estimate on the job. They took a look and immediately knew what to do so they fixed the ductwork problem said they would not need to come back for further work. The job was done correctly and has been working correctly for a week and a half. They were the right professionals to do the job right at a very good rate.

They were so terrific to work with. They cleaned out all the heating and cooling vents as well as the dryer vent and even cleaned out behind the dryer! Super nice guys, friendly and efficient. I'll be hiring them back the next time I need the vents cleaned!

Superhero did a fantastic job. We just moved into a home here in Reno and purchased a new dryer. Upon install, we started getting vent errors. It turns out that the vent goes up through the center of the house and out the roof. The vent piping had a big clog and wasn't letting the air out as it should have been. Superhero found the clog, cleaned the vent, showed me why the clog happened in the first place, and recommended changes - very professional, very thorough, no mess, highly recommended.
