I contacted Jason and he was able to come by the same afternoon. We had a long term problem with switches controlling two overhead fans with lights. In both cases the fan and lights could not operate separately. This could only be done by using the chains that hang from the fan which was not convenient due to high ceilings. Jason determined that the original wiring was not done correctly and was able to change the wiring so that the fan and lights could be operated separately. Much easier said than done but he methodically worked through it to find a solution. From start to finish this took about three hours and the cost was very fair. I strongly recommend Jason to anyone looking for various kinds of electrical work. Very satisfied customer!

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

once you choose a professional, be committed. the pro commits by accepting your job. You should do the same. schedule a date, leave a number for the pro to call, keep them updated. If you feel it is not a good match between you and the pro you choose, then let them know. Trust me, direct approach is the best approach, less time is wasted and if it does not work out, you won't be hurting anyone's feelings by telling them so, through the app.
