Introduction: I offer personal training for clients of all fitness levels and goals. I have over 18 years of experience in the fitness industry, a B.S. degree in fitness management and certifications through NASM and IFPA. I am CPR/AED certified.
I specialize in weight loss, muscle gain, wellness, functional training, postural deviations, overcoming muscle imbalances, balance, coordination and agility training. My main objective is to make fitness fun by designing programs using traditional, progressive and hybrid types of workouts.
I use and implement all types of equipment, from free weights to machines, cables, body weight, medicine balls, BOSU balls, stability balls, agility ladders and TRX.
