Julio was great from start to finish. We contacted him and gave him a pretty big task that need to be completed in a very short amount of time. He and a helper stayed through the entire night in our vacant house to finish this project. He was extremely easy to communicate with and showed that he truly cared about our newly renovated home. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?You can't have champagne taste with a beer budget, especially when it comes to upgrades. Emergency's and maintainance issues I can understand because it is unexpected. Veterans recieve an 8% discount thank you for your service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Ask them to call me so we can get a good introduction. I dislike texting period with customers (or with anyone), unless it is a must, it takes too long.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?New construction plumbing and service. A lot of sales and customer service work.
