What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the hour and can estimate your project's time based on our years of experience. An initial consultation starts at $300, a block of 10 hours of design work is $1725 or full service for entire home remodels or new builds.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first learn about you, your project, and any other pertinent information on a Discovery Call. From there, we can schedule our initial in-person consultation. If it seems like the right fit, we will then start the design process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years of experience and 100s of projects completed. Also, have a masters in business as well in sustainability.
