- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on two different factors depending on the job. Yard clean outs, moving and hourly labor jobs are charged at an hourly rate where as junk removal jobs are charged by weight as well as hours worked. Some items are more expensive to dispose of and cost additional. We offer a senior discount too! *note a fuel surcharge will be added to jobs outside the Reno Sparks area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will either ask for photos or come out to give a quote on the cost for disposal of items. We then schedule a time for the work to be completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a mover for 7 years and have done demolition for a number of projects as well.
