- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer mini sessions for those who are time and budget conscious. This is great for quick portrait needs where you don't need to spend hours at a location and only require a few prints or digitals. It's also a great way to try my photography service before having to make a huge investment in a full-service package. I do require full payment within 24 hours for minis and 50% deposit for full packages to confirm a date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a deposit and date have been confirmed, I will reach out by phone and email to setup a time to chat. I like getting to know my clients because photography is fun for me and it should be for you too! When you are enjoying yourself, it shows in your portraits. Once your session is complete, I'll take 1-2 weeks for editing (sometimes sooner if I get inspired) and your portraits will be available on a gallery online.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My creative influences have been from other photographers in the field. Mostly, I enjoy what nature provides - natural lighting, flora, fauna, ocean waves and skies. My background is in social media, marketing, and sales so I understand what it means to deliver quality service.
