- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1 - I request property address from homeowner for comp purposes 2 - I send a spreadsheet to the homeowner with those comps so they can evaluate potential profitability based on their expenses 3 - I will visit the property 4 - Then we enter in a Monthly Property Management agreement 5 - I list the property on the most fitting website (Airbnb, Zillow, Furnished Finder, etc.)
