- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have pricing. I offer multiple different packages.Although if you are serious about lessons that is something we can discuss on a consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will usually start with a mini consultation so I can understand what my students wants and needs are. We will talk about goals and why this is something they are interested in. That way I know how to cater the lesson and make it personal and most benificial for them and their learning. I want them to enjoy the experience and have fun. Also so they can get to know me before diving into learning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always learning. Staying current with whats new is a non stop process. I have trained with some amazing coaches along my journey and continue to feed my soul with new knowledge.
