Kip is the man. Had him do a pretty interesting custom project that involved creating a fireplace but the tv is on a slider to access some hidden storage and wiring. He did an excellent job and is generally a really easy/cool guy to work with. Photos show before (ugly cubbies) and after (baller mantle with hidden storage and cabinets) 10/10 would recommend

Kip is very professional with his workmanship. I had him do trim painting. Very neat. He is priced right for Reno. Most painters want an hourly wage much higher. I will be hiring him to do other jobs on the house very shortly. I found him to be very knowledgeable for what should be done for upkeep on the outside on the house as well. He will be of great value to me in the future.

The project was to install a chain link fence around a dog kennel area. Kip was always on-time, and made sure I was kept aware of anything that would delay his arrival (for even 1 hour) at the job site. That was extremely important to me. He returned texts, emails and phone calls in a timely fashion, answering all of my questions. His work quality was satisfactory, and considering he was dealing with some challenging conditions, he completed the job in a very satisfactory manner.
