- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge an hourly rate. The hourly rate depends on the number of organizers needed for your project. Flat rate pricing is available for large projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with a phone call to discuss your project. We ask questions such as, 'can you get a car in your garage', 'what is the approximate square footage of your home', 'when is your move date', 'do you have shelving in your garage, etc.? A phone conversation will also let us know what kinds of supplies to bring with us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Vicki, owner of Clutter Cutter, is a certified professional organizer. All staff is well trained and possess a natural ability to organize.
