- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing for our Web site and digital marketing services is very straighforward. It consists of a flat one time start up fee followed by an ongoing monthly maintenance fee. Each of these fees varies based on the options selected by the client according the the comprehensive consultation I provide. Every client is provided with a live demo once they've decided our solution is a fit for them. The start up charge and 1st month's payment is processed at the completion of the demo.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to learn about their priorities, main objectives, and budget as quickly as possible. This enables me to efficiently focus on quoting the appropriate services at a competitive price. The more I know about your needs and what you are ultimately trying to accomplish, the better!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I developed a passion for digital marketing when working for a global non profit organization from 2007-2009. After two decades in traditional marketing and sales, I was excited about the possibilities that the internet opened up for non-traditional business owners. I have been trained to implement customized wellness programs in the private health care practice setting through my partnership with Nutrametrix Custom Health Solutions and to provide weight management and wellness coaching services through my partnership with TLS Weight Loss Solutions. My training for implementing customized cosmetics solutions in the salon setting and as a beauty advisor was provider through my partnership with Motives Cosmetics by Loren Ridinger.
