I brought my laptop in on Monday morning. Got a call around noon, paid for the parts to repair it. Friday afternoon I got a call telling me the part has arrived. Later that night, after a very convenient text letting me know it was ready, I received a call and picked it up before 9 pm. Thank you for a speedy recovery. Best Buy told me 2-3 weeks and Staples suggested Computer Answers. They were right.
