Dr. Tom was awesome and fun to work with. He instantly knew what to do with my resume and did it in a timely manner not to mention the cost was pretty reasonable. He was very knowledgeable about resume writing and many other areas when it comes to careers and development and has the credentials to prove it which was very important to me. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always do a free 20 minute phone consultation. First, I want to listen and understand the client's situation. Everything is confidential. We can then determine if they need a single session or multiple appointments depending on the complexity of their unique situation. My phone number is listed above.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Economics. My Master's and Doctoral degrees are in Education. I am also a certified Myers-Briggs Administrator.
