FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My wedding collections are designed to provide exceptional value while giving every couple the coverage they need. Pricing is straightforward, with no hidden fees, and every collection includes professionally edited, high-resolution digital images. Because every wedding is unique, I prefer to start with a conversation. Once I learn about your plans, I’ll recommend the collection that best fits your day rather than asking you to fit into a predetermined package. My goal is to help you invest in the coverage that’s right for your wedding—not more and not less.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every wedding begins with a conversation. I want to learn about you as a couple, your wedding plans, and what’s most important to you. That helps me recommend the right coverage and ensures your photography reflects your personalities rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Before the wedding, I’ll help with timeline planning, answer questions, and offer guidance so you feel prepared and relaxed. On the wedding day, my approach is calm and unobtrusive. I’ll provide gentle direction when it’s helpful while allowing genuine moments to unfold naturally. After your wedding, I carefully edit each image and deliver a thoughtfully curated online gallery that tells the complete story of your day—from the big moments to the quiet ones you may not have even realized happened.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education has come from years of photographing weddings, continuous learning, and a commitment to understanding what makes photographs truly meaningful. Through photographing hundreds of weddings, portraits, and events, I’ve refined both the technical and interpersonal skills needed to create authentic, timeless images. Along the way, I’ve also become an educator. I’ve written several books and guides on wedding photography and regularly share my approach through articles and podcasts. Teaching has made me a better photographer because it continually challenges me to think beyond camera settings and focus on the relationships, emotions, and moments that make every wedding unique. My work has been recognized through international publications and awards, but what matters most is helping couples feel comfortable, present, and confident so their photographs reflect who they truly are.
