- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will vary based on extra services requested, color changes(Stain) for example tends to be more expensive than a natural finish

I'm a NWFA(National Wood Floor Association) certified Installer, Sand & Finisher professional as of 2015
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father introduced me to the trade at a young age and I fell in love with what I do when I got older and traveled to St. Louis and Chicago to pursue certification in wood flooring.
