- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our pricing on research of other companies (we work with) as well as if we can and you prefer our LEVEL of service we will MATCH or come close to other quotes. Sometimes monetary isn't as important as the value of our reputation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We communicate from start to finish, answer all questions, advise of all options available (whether it's us or not) we provide as much information to HELP you make the best decision that will work for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been in this industry for over 10 years and have learned alot, there's a lot missing and we try to rectify that by providing the old-fashioned non-existent five star level of service we do.
