- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After requesting a quote, you will receive a response within a few days with a quote and available dates available. We will then have you fill out our intake form to get all your information and go over what to expect with your first in-home grooming experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did an apprenticeship at a salon for four months before becoming certified as a dog groomer. Since then I have groomed at reputable salons and have been grooming dogs in their home since 2020. I have vet grooming experience that has better allowed me to cater to dogs with special needs or behavioral issues. My assistant has worked with dogs for five years and has been assisting in grooming for 3 years. She has worked in a vet hospital and is experienced with caring for special needs and behavioral issues.
